This is BENNY, short for Bennito the Blimpus. He is one of those terrifically bizarre characters that lives in the East Village. Sometimes, BENNY allows me to accompany him on his adventures and chronicle his day. His partner in crimes and misdemeanors is FRANKY, The Flashing Ladybug. BENNY fancies this leather jacket and considers stealing it. but the Dominican woman selling the jacket has a cane with a sharp edge. BENNY decides not to steal the leather jacket. wise choice BENNY.
